魅力的な唇であるためには、美しい言葉を使いなさい。

愛らしい瞳であるためには、他人の美点を探しなさい。

スリムな体であるためには

飢えた人々と食べ物を分かち合いなさい。

豊かな髪であるためには

一日に一度子供の指で梳いてもらいなさい。

美しい身のこなしのためには

決してひとりで歩むことがないと知ることです。

物は壊れれば復元できませんが、

人は転べば立ち上がり

失敗すればやり直し

挫折すれば再起し

間違えれば矯正し

何度でも再出発することができます。

誰も決して見捨ててはいけません。

人生に迷い、助けて欲しいとき

     彼女が生涯愛したというこの詩は、
